Cannot Uninstall Backup Exec 12.5

I've recently installed Symantec backup Exec version 12.5 on our SBS 2003 server. I decided to install the Desktop and Laptop Option of Backup exec so that I can backup a couple of laptops.

The software came with 5 free licenses so we had no problems deploying it. I recently installed DLO through 'Install Options and License and License Keys on this media server.' The installation was successful with no errors. I went back into tools and tried to select the 'Desktop and Laptop Option' but is greyed out and cannot select it so that I can configure DLO. I decided to uninstall and reinstall the DLO option but still the same problem. Rebooting the server did not help either. I tried changing the services credentials to the administrator logon account and restart all Backup Exec services but still no luck.Thanks in advanced for your suggestions.
